Listed my property with another realtor that helped me originally to buy the property many years ago. Despite putting the house in perfect time - peak home hunting spring season and temporary drop in interest rate - the previous realtor couldn’t draw a single offer in a super hot market! Withdrew the listing after nearly 7 painful weeks. Re-listed with Vivian and got sold in exactly 5 weeks from the listing date! Says it all.
