Preparing the home for selling/staging went smoothly and Rabia and her team handled all of the work to get our home ready. Rabia and her team were considerate of the fact that we have small children and were still occupying the home throughout the entire process of selling the home. Rabia set our expectations appropriately based on current market trends when it came to setting the list price and reviewing and accepting offers. We never felt like she was pressuring us to make a decision one way or the other but rather providing her advice and guidance and letting us make our own decisions. Rabia was able to negotiate a 30 day rent back which was very important to us and gave us the time we needed to coordinate and figure out our next move.
